Xi Jinping: China is ready to expand access to local market

"The Chinese Communist Party is dedicated to promoting high-quality growth as well as prosperity worldwide. We will accelerate building of a new development model, continue to expand openness to the outside world, continue to simplify market access and open the doors wider and wider," Xi Jinping said in a speech at the opening ceremony of a high-level inter-party dialogue between the Chinese Communist Party and world political parties held by video conference.

Beijing, he continued, wants to supply the world with better Chinese products while also opening up a sizable Chinese market and its associated demand to the rest of the world.

He said, "We will actively back and help developing nations speed up development, industrialization, and modernization."
