The Frattina grappa business is included in the sale as well. The agreement aligns with Campari Group's strategy and dedication to enhance the portfolio by divesting non-core brands, thereby reinforcing the commercial and marketing emphasis on the primary spirits business while also streamlining operations, as stated in a press release.

The deal encompasses the transfer of the Cinzano and Frattina brands to the newly established company, which includes all intellectual property, finished product inventory, specific production equipment in Italy, contractual agreements, and additional associated assets. The production sites in Italy and Argentina, which also manufacture other brands for Campari Group, are not included in the transaction scope.

The agreement, estimated at €100 million, is anticipated to finalize by the conclusion of 2025.

In 2024, Cinzano and Frattina's net sales reached €75 million. The typical yearly growth rate in the past four years was 5%. Their portion of Campari Group's overall sales was 2%.
