Sources from the agency indicate that Oura Health's IPO might occur as soon as September, estimating the company's value at more than $16 billion. Current shareholders are anticipated to sell a portion of their shares in the offering.

Oura submitted its IPO application confidentially in May. As per Bloomberg, the listing organizers include investment banks Goldman Sachs Group, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Allen & Co., and Jefferies Financial Group. Sources indicated that discussions continue, and the IPO specifics and schedule may alter. Oura did not provide a response to the comment request.

Oura, established in 2013, is recognized for its intelligent ring trackers that enable users to monitor health, fitness, and sleep. According to Bloomberg, these gadgets are slimmer than conventional smartwatches, and now leading firms such as Apple and Samsung are considering this new type of wearable. Samsung launched its smart ring two years back.

In September 2025, Oura secured $875 million in a financing round, placing the company's valuation at $11 billion. CEO Tom Hale stated that Oura had sold 5.5 million rings by then. Oura's projected revenue is anticipated to hit $1.5 billion by 2026. In contrast, the company's 2024 revenue was projected to be one-third of that, totaling $500 million.
