On July 1 and July 2, wind power generation grew to 11.3 and 12.5 percent, respectively. The average last week was the lowest since the year's commencement, when it was 9.9%, and last month, when it was 11.23%.

According to statistics from Gas Infrastructure Europe, the EU is still actively pumping gas into underground storage facilities. Information available as of July 1st morning shows that the average level of filling is 58.5 percent, and the total volume of gas is around 63 billion cubic meters (the data are estimated and may be subject to revision). The number grew by over 0.33 percent throughout the day.

In addition, it is anticipated that gas supplies from Russia would continue to flow through the main pipelines, Nord Stream and the Ukrainian gas transportation system, at a rate of more than 100 million cubic meters per day overall.
