When asked about the US response if Iran attacked American military facilities, Trump stated, "We will hit them on a scale they have never seen before."
The president also mentioned that his administration is planning to talk with billionaire Elon Musk about giving Iran access to satellite internet through Starlink.
At the same time, Iranian media reported that the government has announced three days of mourning for the people who died in the protests.
Earlier, CNN reported that Trump was set to meet with members of the National Security Council on Tuesday to discuss further steps against Iran.
