Skytrax, having gathered information about the flights, released the rating of the best airlines in 2015 according to the customers. The survey was attended by 18.9 million travelers from 105 countries. It study involved more than 245 airlines that were evaluated by 41 parameter - from the process of boarding the plane to seat comfort and level of service on the board.

Below are the top 10 airlines, according to customers.

10. Qantas
Ranking last year: 11

Despite the fact that last year the company has experienced a number of unpleasant moments, related to financial issues, the level of Qantas’ service remains at a rather high level. The airline has received high marks for customer service.

9. EVA Air
Ranking last year: 12

Taiwanese airline EVA Air was founded in 1989 and is a subsidiary of the global transport giant Evergreen Group. Over the past two years, the airline has experienced rapid growth and now has a large fleet of Airbus and Boeing at its disposal.

8.Garuda Indonesia
Ranking last year: 7

Garuda Indonesia has experienced major changes in recent years after the airline was considered unsafe to fly in the EU between 2007 and 2009.
