"Over the last few months, we've been bolstering our supply (of titanium) and accumulating Russian raw materials... We can acquire titanium from other places, and we don't expect to import titanium from Russia for a while", the Daily Telegraph writes referring to him.

Boris Johnson, the UK Prime Minister, announced imposition of sanctions against Russia in connection with a special military campaign against Ukraine earlier on Thursday. Exports of all dual-use commodities to Russia will be prohibited, including a wide range of high-tech and crucial equipment and components in areas like electronics, telecommunications, and aerospace.

Russian President Vladimir Putin declared on Thursday morning that he decided to launch a special military operation to demilitarize Ukraine. He told Russians in a televised address that the situation "requires us to act firmly and immediately, and the people's republics of Donbass have begged Russia for assistance." According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the ruling regime in Ukraine will bear full responsibility for the killings.
