According to the firm, the sale will begin on October 30. It is planned to sell about 1000 of these cars a year, which will be the world's first equipped with a wide-view dashboard with five screens.

The car for four people will be equipped with a voice recognition function. It will recognize that the driver has got behind the wheel and turn on the ignition; to move it will be enough to change gear and press the gas.

The power will be turned off automatically as soon as the driver gets out of the car and closes the door, the company said.

The mirror and rearview system is equipped with four electronic cameras that display high quality images on the side screens of the vehicle's control panel.

The steering radius of the car is 4.3 meters, which makes it easy to make a U-turn on a two-lane road. Special cameras and sensors make it easy to park the car in tight spaces.

Honda e will be priced 4.5 million to 4.95 million Japanese yen (from $42.5 thousand to $46.7 thousand dollars at the current exchange rate).
