JPMorgan to reorganize business and change senior management team

According to a press release from the bank, Troy Rohrbaugh, co-head of Markets and Securities, and Jennifer Piepszak, co-head of Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), will lead the expanded Commercial & Investment Bank together.

The latter will combine the Global Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking and Markets, Securities Services, and Global Payments sectors. Large and medium-sized businesses will receive better services as a result of the restructuring.

Global Corporate Banking will also be added to the Commercial Banking section and headed by Chief of Commercial Banking Douglas Petno.
