It was stated by the representative of Biden's election headquarters Kate Bedingfield on October 4 on the air of ABC TV company.

She noted that the debate should be held on the planned date, October 15, but it depends on many factors. The key one is Trump's well-being, and Biden's team is ready for changes in schedule.

"We hope the debate will take place on the scheduled date, but of course we will adjust to any necessary changes," Bedingfield said.

The first TV debate between Trump and Biden took place in Ohio on September 29. The second round is scheduled for October 15 and the third round is scheduled for October 22.
