The management of the company's choice to switch its personnel from remote work to a partial presence in the office has drawn criticism from U.S. Apple employees, according to a group statement posted on the Apple Together forum of the company’s employees.

"Apple management has mandated a general return to work requirement starting on September 5. A single management directive does not address distinctive needs of each employee or the variety of people," the petition states.

The workers demanded that a specific process be established for synchronizing work schedules of corporation employees and their immediate managers. The writers of the appeal contend that approval from a higher authority shouldn't be required for the harmonization of working conditions.
