According to him, the EU will provide Warsaw with "hundreds of millions of euros." He didn't say how much it cost.

Following a meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Mr. Morawiecki held a joint press conference on the subject.

According to the Prime Minister, a special budget line has already been established for the allocation of cash to Poland. He specified, "hundreds of millions of euros."

In terms of arms supplies to Ukraine, Poland is second only to the United States. Kiev has already received roughly 250 Soviet T-72 tanks, 2S1 Gozdzik and KRAB self-propelled howitzers, Piorun manpads, Grad launchers, MiG-29 and Su-27 air-to-air missiles, and drones from Warsaw.

In response to Russia's military intervention in Ukraine, Western countries have upped their armament sales to Ukraine.
