The next major update to Windows 10 is scheduled for release in June this year, reports Windows Latest.
The journalists found the described release date of the new OS version on the Chromium project website. The announcement from Microsoft reads that the release of the operating system is expected in June.

According to the authors, the Windows 10 21H1 update will not receive major innovations and will focus on improving the quality of the system and fixing bugs.

It is reported that the unveiled update will get a new API (Application Programming Interface) for developers.

In addition, Microsoft programmers intend to fix a dangerous Kernel Transaction Manager (KTM) vulnerability. Work on Windows 10 21H1 starts in February and developers will get access to the beta OS in May.

Journalists have noted that the US corporation usually introduces a major update to its operating system in late spring. For example, versions 1903 and 2004 of Windows 10 were released in the last week of May.
