The gas subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Oil giant (ADNOC) has inked a three-year agreement with TotalEnergies under which it will provide the French energy giant with LNG worth at least $1 billion.
Liquefied natural gas will be exported under a three-year arrangement between ADNOC Gas and French multi-energy TotalEnergies Gas and Power Limited, a TotalEnergies subsidiary. According to the agreement, ADNOC Gas will deliver LNG to TotalEnergies via a subsidiary, according to the press release.
It is stated that supplies will range from $1 to $1.2 billion depending on market conditions. The contract is anticipated to be in effect from 2023 until the end of 2025.
