Nevertheless, the price range relies on speculation, and the bid might occur later than anticipated, CNBC observes.

Last week, the network revealed that Paramount Skydance was getting ready to make a significant cash bid for Warner Bros.

The agreement may consist of 70-80% cash exclusively, backed, among others, by Larry Ellison, Oracle's co-founder and father of Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison. The balance could be settled with shares.

Warner Bros. has announced intentions to divide its global television network division from film and streaming operations. The network reports that Paramount Skydance's offer may disrupt these plans.
