As per the information from the agency, the EU's plan to be shared with the US will center around five key areas. Bloomberg mentions that these areas include tariffs and market access, with the EU aiming to reduce rates on several additional products, such as wine and spirits.

The plan also includes discussions on topics like standards, digital trade, technical barriers, and other trade-related issues. According to the sources, the proposal also suggests the creation of a working group focused on economic security. This group will deal with matters such as investment screening, export controls, procurement, and the supply of essential raw materials.

Bloomberg states that Maroš Šefčovič, the President of the EU Chamber of Commerce, is planned to meet with his US counterparts later this month to talk about the plan.
