The latest laptops, featuring 14- and 16-inch OLED screens, will be more lightweight and slimmer than the existing versions. M6 chips will also be included.

Apple will keep the trackpad and keyboard in the upcoming models and will reinforce the display hinge to stop it from wobbling or tilting when touched.

Owing to increased component expenses, the new MacBook Pro is expected to be several hundred dollars more expensive than the existing models. Presently, the starting price for the 14-inch MacBook Pro is $1,999, and the 16-inch version begins at $2,499.

In January 2023, Bloomberg announced that Apple was developing a MacBook Pro featuring a touchscreen.

Laptop manufacturers started making computers with touchscreen screens over a decade ago.
