During the first six months of the year, Airbus provided 351 commercial planes, up from 306 the previous year. Orders in this category rose to 886 aircraft in the first half of the year, up from 494 during the same period last year. By the close of June, the backlog of orders was at 9,222 aircraft.
The firm still projects adjusted EBITDA of €7.5 billion for this year. It anticipates delivering around 870 commercial planes this year.
