The company has secured a total of $500 million. The main investors were Radical Ventures and Inovia Capital. Nvidia Corp. and AMD Ventures, both of which already held shares in the firm, participated in the funding round.
Furthermore, Cohere revealed new leadership appointments in upper management. Joelle Pineau, formerly leading AI research at Meta Platforms, will serve as chief AI officer, while Francois Chadwick, previously with Uber Technologies, will assume the role of chief financial officer.
